Data deletion

Remove your data without guesswork.

Disconnect Facebook

Sign in, open Accounts, and choose Disconnect Facebook. Zenova revokes its stored credentials and stops new provider requests. A request already in flight is marked for reconciliation instead of being reported as cancelled.

Delete data from Facebook settings

  1. Open Facebook Settings & privacy.
  2. Open Settings, then Apps and websites.
  3. Select Zenova Creator and choose Remove.
  4. After Zenova validates Meta's signed request, it removes or redacts stored Facebook tokens, Page identifiers, names, avatars, permissions, and connection data. Internal non-Facebook workspace content is handled separately.

Delete your Zenova workspace

Request full workspace deletion through zenovacreator.mail@gmail.com The operator will verify ownership before removing workspace content and account records. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or META_APP_SECRET by email or chat.

For Meta configuration

Use /api/integrations/facebook/data-deletion as the User Data Deletion callback path. It accepts only cryptographically signed Meta requests and never exposes whether a Facebook user existed.
