Privacy policy

Your content stays yours.

This policy explains what Zenova Creator processes, why it is needed, and the controls available to you.

Effective August 11, 2026

Information we process

We process your account identity and email, workspace membership, settings, uploaded media and metadata, drafts, schedules, publishing activity, and the Facebook Pages you authorize.

When you connect Facebook, we receive provider identifiers, Page names and permissions, and access tokens. Tokens are encrypted at rest and are only decrypted by server-side publishing services.

Instagram, TikTok, TikTok Shop Creator, and YouTube are not active integrations during this Beta. If one is enabled later and you choose to connect it, Zenova will process only the provider identifiers, permissions, encrypted OAuth credentials, media metadata, and delivery results needed for that feature.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, isolate your workspace, organize your Library, show previews, prevent accidental duplicate publishing, schedule posts, publish only after an authorized action, and maintain an audit trail.

Uploaded images and sampled video frames may be analyzed by automated safety tools to identify content that needs review before publishing. These tools provide risk signals and are not a guarantee or a legal determination.

Service providers

Zenova Creator relies on Supabase for authentication, database, and private storage; Vercel for application hosting; the configured email provider for account messages; and Meta Platform services when you connect or publish to Facebook. Future integrations may also use Instagram, TikTok, TikTok Shop, Google, and YouTube services only after you explicitly connect them. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

If YouTube features are enabled, Zenova's use and transfer of data received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Security and retention

We use private storage, workspace isolation, encrypted provider tokens, signed upload and preview URLs, server-side authorization, and verified Meta callbacks. No system can guarantee absolute security, so access is continuously restricted to what the product needs.

Workspace content and publishing history remain until you delete them or request account deletion, except where limited retention is needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You can disconnect Facebook from Accounts, delete Library files, and request deletion of Facebook integration data. Removing Zenova Creator from Facebook also invokes the verified deletion flow. See the Data deletion page for exact steps.

Future network connections will provide their own disconnect control. Disconnecting will stop new provider requests and remove or redact the stored credential, subject to short security and reconciliation records. You can also revoke Zenova directly in the provider account.

Zenova Creator does not sell your personal information or use your uploaded content to train a Zenova-owned artificial intelligence model. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights.
