Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, accepting access, or using Zenova Creator, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Zenova Creator for a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Beta service
Zenova Creator is a Beta product. Facebook is the only active publishing integration. Screens for Instagram, TikTok, TikTok Shop Creator, and YouTube are preparation previews and cannot connect or publish. Features, limits, platform availability, and workflows may change before a final release.
Your account and authorization
You are responsible for safeguarding your login, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring every Facebook Page or other destination you connect is one you are permitted to manage. Actions performed through your account are treated as your instructions unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Your content and limited license
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Zenova Creator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to host, copy, process, create technical previews or thumbnails, schedule, and transmit that content only to operate and secure the service according to your instructions. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to limited backups, security records, and legal retention obligations.
Your responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for the content, captions, claims, audiences, disclosures, products, and destinations you select. You confirm that you own the content or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed to upload and publish it, and that your use complies with applicable law and each connected platform's rules. Zenova Creator does not endorse user content.
Automated safety checks, warnings, duplicate detection, and manual review tools are safeguards, not legal approval. They may miss or incorrectly flag content and do not transfer your responsibility to Zenova Creator.
Acceptable use
Do not upload or publish illegal, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, malicious, non-consensual, or prohibited material; impersonate others; attempt to access another workspace; probe or bypass security controls; automate abusive volume; or use the service to violate Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, or other connected-platform rules or applicable law.
Publishing and third-party platforms
Facebook availability, review decisions, rate limits, distribution, and policy enforcement are controlled by Meta. If other networks are enabled later, their operators control the same decisions for their platforms. Each selected network is an independent destination with its own authorization, delivery, result, and possible failure. A schedule is an instruction to Zenova Creator, not a guarantee that an external platform will accept, distribute, or display a post. Review queued and uncertain deliveries before retrying.
Reports, removal, and suspension
We may block, remove, preserve, or restrict access to content or an account when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or connected Pages, comply with law or a valid rights-holder request, or enforce these Terms. Reports about infringement or abuse should identify the material, the affected right, the reporter's contact details, and why the use is unauthorized, and be sent to the contact below.
Availability, responsibility, and liability
The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims arising from your content, connected accounts, instructions, or violation of these Terms, and agree to protect the operator from resulting third-party claims and reasonable costs. The operator is not responsible for indirect losses, platform enforcement, or content decisions made by you or a third-party platform. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect an available platform at any time. We may update these Terms or discontinue features, and will update the effective date when a material change is made. Continued use after notice of a material change means you accept the updated Terms.
